Sega Studios Australia is a Brisbane based development studio for video games started in 2002. Prior to 2010, the studio was originally named The Creative Assembly Australia. The studio is responsible for the development of the Medieval II series, Rome: Total War, Stormrise and the upcoming London 2012 Olympics based game. The studio embarked on a new business strategy in 2012, which saw the studio forced to shed 37 staff members from it's total of 80.
